What I collect
When you use the contact form, I collect the name, email address, organisation and message you provide. I collect this information directly from you when you choose to submit the form.
Why I collect it and the legal basis
I use this information solely to respond to your enquiry and to correspond with you about it. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about my services and, where relevant, taking steps at your request before entering into an engagement.
How your information is handled
Contact form submissions are processed by Framer, the website hosting and form platform used for this website. The information you provide is sent to me by email through Google Workspace so I can respond to your enquiry. Framer and Google Workspace may process your information as service providers in connection with these services. I do not use this information for marketing, and I do not sell or share it with third parties for their own purposes.
How long I keep it
I keep enquiry correspondence only for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting discussions, and for a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping. I delete it when it is no longer needed.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have rights over your personal data, including the right to access it, correct it, ask for it to be deleted, or object to how it is used. To exercise any of these, email me at megan@einovra.com.
